$5,500 reward offered for information on the dilute calico female cat abandoned on Evansville Ave, Meriden

MERIDEN, Conn. – Desmond's Army Animal Law Advocates is offering a $5,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the condition and abandonment of the dilute calico female cat found Saturday, Feb. 15, on Evansville Ave. northbound side next to the solar panel fields on the Meriden - Wallingford town line.


Sadly, despite all attempts to save her, “Lizzy” succumbed to her severely neglected condition.



An additional $500 reward has been added by an anonymous donor, bringing the total reward to $5,500.


Anyone with any information should call Meriden Animal Control-Saving Paws and refer to information regarding “Lizzy” at 203-235-4179


This offer automatically rescinds in 90 days from 2/19/25
