DAALA | December 19, 2024 | EAST HARTFORD, CT – Desmond's Army Animal Law Advocates is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the abandonment of the pregnant brindle bulldog found on December 19th at 8 Turtle Creek Lane East Hartford condos. Sadly, the mother and babies did not survive.
